Seeking public comment on website accessibility!
Last week, the U.S. Department of Justice issued a “Supplemental Advance Notice on Proposed Rulemaking” on its long-awaited proposed regulations on ADA Title II website accessibility. This document revokes the “Notice of Proposed Rulemaking” issued in 2014, and seeks input on over 120 different questions regarding how DOJ should implement website accessibility regulations. Public comment is due before August 8, 2016.
