This workshop provides transit professionals and managers with the information and tools to develop a comprehensive approach to conducting accurate paratransit eligibility determinations. Participants will receive informational resources and guidance on the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as it relates to paratransit services.

NOTE: A minimum of 9 registrants is required, and will be capped at 20 participants. ESPA may cancel the workshop one week prior, offering a full refund of the workshop registration. Payment must be made by credit card. If you need to cancel, a refund request must be made at least one week prior to the first session of each workshop. The workshops will not be recorded. No refunds or make-up sessions will be offered for those that miss sessions. You will not receive a completion certificate unless you participate in the entire workshop. Participants must have access to the internet, the ability to access Zoom, and a working computer camera to participate.
