The Project Access High School Transition Program for Students with Disabilities is hosting its Eleventh Annual Conference for Parents and Professionals. This year’s conference called Transitioning Students with Disabilities…Success on the Post-secondary Level and Beyond will be held on April 19, 2013 from 9am-4pm (Registration 8:00 AM—9:00 AM) at Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland.
