DOA Releases Application for AgrAbility Grants On June 30, the Department of Agriculture released an invitation for land-grant colleges and universities to apply for the AgrAbility grants. The AgrAbility program increases the likelihood that farmers, ranchers and farm workers with disabilities will succeed in agricultural production fields.
