The Speech, Language and Hearing Center<\/a> at Towson University offers screening, diagnostic and treatment services to improve communication for children and adults with a variety of concerns. Within this facility, students receive hands-on experience seeing clients under the direct guidance of licensed and certified professional staff.<\/p>\n The Speech, Language and Hearing Center provides services to more than 1,400 children and adults each year. Clients with a variety of communication disorders, including stuttering, autism, hearing loss, language delay and stroke survivors, are seen in our clinical programs. The Center is part of the Department of Audiology, Speech-Language Pathology and Deaf Studies.
