When you post items on the Equipment Link
If you select Email - Your email address will not be listed on the website. Web users will email you through an online form. If you select Phone, include with listing - Your phone number will be displayed online with your item. If you select Phone, do not include with listing - Program office staff will serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to your item and will contact you via your choice below. Note: If you chose email as your preferred method of contact, please add the email address admin@equipmentlink.org to your email safe list. This will ensure that messages sent to you through our system will be delivered to your inbox.

This is a user-driven database with entry, edit, delete and search capabilities. The Link program is designed to facilitate transactions between individuals, and is not for the sale or procurement of equipment by vendors or distributors. Agencies may use the site to donate equipment or offer free equipment loans. The Link’s hosts (the Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MD TAP) and the Maryland AT Co-op) do not profit from the sale of listed devices. MD TAP and the AT Co-op are not responsible for the misrepresentation of the condition of any item. It is the sole responsibility of the seller to provide accurate and detailed information about the product’s specifications and condition. MD TAP and the AT Co-op function only in an information-sharing capacity. Equipment exchange activities, and any liability resulting from them, are the domain of the exchanging parties. MD TAP and the AT Co-op reserve the right to edit or refuse listings based on the item description and condition. Listings must be refreshed every 90 days. If the listing has not been updated, it is automatically removed. Contact information is coded for Link use only. No personal information is listed. If you list an item on the Link, your first name and telephone number may appear in the Tapping Technology newsletter. By accepting these terms, you agree to hold harmless the Maryland Technology Assistance Program and the Maryland Assistive Technology Cooperative should you experience a problem with any transaction arising from the Equipment Link. You must agree to these terms in order to create an account on the Link.
