Eligibility includes that one of the borrowers <strong>OR<\/strong> a son or daughter (regardless of age; who\u00a0resides with one of the borrowers and is cared for principally by one of the borrowers)\u00a0of one of the borrowers must have a physical or mental impairment that substantially\u00a0limits one or more major life activities (for example, hearing, seeing, speaking,\u00a0sitting, standing, walking, concentrating, or performing manual tasks).
