Grantees have a responsibility to engage with employers at various levels which can be daunting when employers are consumed with the burdens of productivity, new COVID protocols, and staffing shortages. This webinar will showcase Mentra, the 2021 grand prize winner for ACL\u2019s Inclusive Talent Pipeline for American Business &nbsp;Prize Challenge, who successfully developed a digital hiring platform that connects recruiters and neurodiverse applicants through the use of an intelligent matching platform. We will also hear from an employer and an individual with disability both using the innovative platform developed by Mentra to meet their respective needs.<br><br>In addition, there will be Office Hours on March&nbsp;11, 2022, from 12:00-1:30 PM Eastern Time.
